Pivotal 2024, Powered by AAA will be held October 24th at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL. It is the premier state conference for the apartment industry. It will be attended by hundreds of multifamily housing professionals eager to stay abreast of trends in legal matters, social media and marketing, recruitment and retention, efficiency, technology, and more. Nationally acclaimed speakers and informative breakout sessions inspire attendees, fostering connections and facilitating discussions on pertinent industry topics.

Early Bird Pricing is available until July 31st! Tickets will increase to $350. This ticket is for AAA member owner/management company attendees only. Half Day Registration
Half Day attendees will be able to attend either the morning sessions (8am-12:30pm, including the Lunch & Learn) OR the afternoon sessions (11:45am-3:45pm, including the Lunch & Learn). This ticket is for Owner/Management Company attendees only. Suppliers must be exhibitors in the trade show in order to attend the conference. Drink Tickets

The Host Hotel is Renaissance Riverview Plaza hotel, which is connected by a crosswalk to the Mobile Convention Center. The room block rate is $175/night and the cutoff date for reservations is September 24, 2024. Click HERE to make reservations and for additional details.
